IT Training Companies: The Training Surgery

At The Training Surgery, we deliver IT training to your Executive Teams, Managers or Staff, ensuring your systems are used with maximum confidence, efficiency and effectiveness so your business is working to optimum capacity.

Onsite IT Training

  • We are London based, covering South East England.
  • We offer one to one training on site in your own offices. Book up to 6 members of staff per day (one hour sessions).

IT Training at our Offices:

  • Training can be delivered at The Training Surgery’s training suite* and run exclusively for your organization with up to 8 participants booked. Alternatively you can send members of staff along to one of our scheduled courses.
  • Located near Watford. Just off Junction 5 of the M1. Public transport links available.

General & Ongoing IT Training:

  • We regularly run standard single day courses in core Microsoft Software and Microsoft Project plus creative software such as Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator. (max. 8 delegates).
  • There are at three levels available for Microsoft training: Essential, Intermediate and Advanced.
  • Course materials are provided.
  • Training is available to individuals or companies.

Online IT Training

  • Online webinars – short sessions via the web are available covering various subjects including core Microsoft packages.

You can have any of the courses tailored to meet the needs of your organisation. Pick the course outline that suits you or email us with your requirements. We’ll come back to you with suggested content.

Our courses that are delivered online are one hour sessions, giving you the opportunity to learn from the comfort of your own home or office. All you need is a computer with an internet connection and speakers or a headset so that you can listen in and interact.

Case History

On a recent training project, we were working with the staff of a medium sized Chartered Accountancy practice. During the course of one day, we worked on site at their office for 1.5 hours each with several individual members of staff. In this way, each of them was able to address their own particular issue on a one to one basis with one of our trainers.

At the end of the day each learner estimated that the individual training, knowledge and tips we imparted resulted in a huge increase of confidence in use of the system. It was estimated that the investment of the company in 1.5 hours of training per person would result in each member of staff saving somewhere in the region of 3.25 hours per day, equating to 15 hours of saved productivity per week.
