IT Training Companies: Mouse Training

Course contents are available on our website and by email however all our courses can be tailored to your exact requirements. We ask all candidates to complete training needs analysis forms prior to training, to assess requirements.

We will not resell services that we do not fully understand. However we would certainly do our best to put you in touch with excellent providers of these services.

We book courses on demand and they are closed to the group/company or individual booking them.

We will never cancel your course!

We recommend that you request specific dates in advance to avoid disappointment but we will always move heaven and earth to meet your requirements. Flexibility is our middle name.

We do not charge extra for more complex or more specialist courses. In our view if the trainer knows the information you are just paying for their time regardless of whether you are centring text in Word or building a project plan.

All registered Charities get an automatic discount of 10% on the quoted price. Mouse Training also offer 1 day per month of free training to the volunteers working with charities. Call through if you want more details

We offer a 10% discount for bookings 2 months in advance of the IT training.

Organizations pre-booking 10 or more courses also qualify for a 10% discount on the stated price.

You do not need to pay for anything prior to your training with our IT training company.

We invoice at the end of the month in which training takes place and payment is only due 30 days after the course date. Payment is made by cheque or BACS.

We specialise in tailoring! We provide those course outlines as a guide. Most of our clients feel safe in our hands and know we are putting them through their paces with thorough, intensive courses but we’re only too aware that for many already existing users of an application, it’s the ‘gaps’ in knowledge that require special attention. You can even mix and match different applications. Ultimately, however, one of our trainers will assess whether your requirements fit the course length taking into account your current level of knowledge.

Our fully equipped training centre is in central London and accessible to public transport, shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.

The centre is completely conformant with the disability Discrimination Act with disabled toilets on all floors and no ramps or uneven surfaces to cope with.

We are happy to provide additional support for those with Hearing or Visual Impairment through special screens or request help with sign language from RNID.

The rate for our onsite training is the same price as training at our offices (the only additional charges would be travel and sometimes accommodation if you are located outside London.

However, much of our training takes place onsite and many of our clients choose to take advantage of this. In fact, our trainers travel all over the UK and the world.

If you require onsite training but lack sufficient computers, we have sets of laptops for rental at very affordable rates.

Something to note (perhaps most important for many thinking of booking training) you have the right to after course care…for an indefinite period. You are free to send through questions by email or phone which will be dealt with on a best endeavour basis. There is no time limit to this service. We will not quiz you about the length of elapsed time since your training course.
