Distance learning courses and online modules are most popular in this form. For people who have a discipline approach, self paced learning is a good option as it gives you the flexibility to learn from anywhere at any time. Application Oriented training on basic modules can be learnt in this form.

Classroom based training in the form of formal courses or small customized training programs are another option. It gives the advantage of learning in a group and also interacting with the facilitator. However, a trainee needs to follow fixed schedules and courses. Development Oriented skills and operation oriented skills can be learnt best through formal training courses.
