Case History
On a recent training project, we were working with the staff of a medium sized Chartered Accountancy practice. During the course of one day, we worked on site at their office for 1.5 hours each with several individual members of staff. In this way, each of them was able to address their own particular issue on a one to one basis with one of our trainers.
At the end of the day each learner estimated that the individual training, knowledge and tips we imparted resulted in a huge increase of confidence in use of the system. It was estimated that the investment of the company in 1.5 hours of training per person would result in each member of staff saving somewhere in the region of 3.25 hours per day, equating to 15 hours of saved productivity per week.
The Training Surgery is an Accredited IT training company of The Institute of IT Training. This is not only a mark of quality, but an indication of investment made in our processes, systems, skills and delivery methods.
